Victorian Government Department of Health & Human Services

The Victorian Government Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS) was established in 2015, bringing together the former Department of Health, Department of Human Services and Sport and Recreation Victoria. Their vision is to work together to achieve the best health wellbeing for all Victorians. DHHS provides operational funding to the Centre, including the Victorian statewide Bereavement Counselling and Support Service. Visit the DHHS website here.


The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust

The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) was established in 2010 in order to consolidate eight existing cemetery trusts into one. The include locations in Altona, Anderson's Creek, Fawkner, Keilor, Lilydale, Preston, Templestowe and Wyndham. Their mission is to provide the final care for your loved ones, with dignity and kindness. They respect all peoples, heritage, communities and the environment and maintain core values of compassion, respect, sustainability and integrity. GMCT provides funding to enable ACGB to provide EBSCO access to staff, students and members. GMCT also sponsors the annual Grief Lecture, which takes place each year at the State Library of Victoria. Visit the GMCT website here.
