The Australian Centre for Grief and Bereavement offers high quality education and training opportunities for health professionals, students, volunteers and any other individual or agency desiring to enhance grief and bereavement knowledge and practice. Education and training programs are offered as online webinars, workshops, formal RTO courses, conferences and customised training that meet the specific needs of organisations and agencies.

Courses

As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO #22004) the Australian Centre for Grief and Bereavement (ACGB) is proud to offer research-informed, high quality courses, including the only post-graduate course in Australia solely dedicated to vocational training of bereavement counsellors: the 10775NAT Graduate Certificate in Bereavement Counselling and Intervention. This course has been endorsed by the Australian Association of Social Workers , Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Associations and Australian College of Midwives.


Webinars

The Australian Centre for Grief and Bereavement (ACGB) offers on-demand high quality webinars, presented by a range of experts in the grief and bereavement sector, such as Dr. Robert Neimeyer and Dr. William Worden. Our webinars have been designed to provide participants with clinical skills and the latest in grief and bereavement care.
