Nationally Recognised Training


The Australian Centre for Grief and Bereavement currently offers two nationally recognised qualifications on its scope of registration: Certificate IV in Bereavement Support and 10775NAT Graduate Certificate in Bereavement Counselling and Intervention (GCBCI).


These courses are accredited to the Australian Centre for Grief and Bereavement and monitored by the national regulator, Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).


Certificate IV in Bereavement Support
Next intake: March 2020


This online course is designed for those who have a role in providing bereavement and loss support. The skills and knowledge provided will complement a specific bereavement support role or other job roles such as nurses, aged care workers, counsellors, social workers and funeral, cemetery and crematoria workers.



10775NAT Graduate Certificate in Bereavement Counselling and Intervention

The new course contains the most recent research and evidence based content, to provide you with a high quality learning experience.
