Step 2  Documentation
To ensure successful enrolment into the course, please download, read and complete
Student Enrolment Form

This form must be returned to ACGB within a timely manner via [email protected].

Any documentation not fully completed, will not be processed, therefor delaying the successful enrolment into the desired intake.


Step 3 Register
Please Enrol and pay your first instalment of $300 via the Register button below.

Step 4 Course Access
Once documentation is processed and 1st payment is made via the ACGB web, students will receive their Login details and LMS User Guides to commence the Certificate IV in Bereavement Support Online Course. Access to the LMS will cue given on 1st October  2017. 


IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE ENROLLING INTO THE 22271VIC CERTIFICATE IV IN BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT

WITHDRAWALS

The Australian Centre for Grief and Bereavement offers a seven-day cooling-off period from date of Enrolment via the ACGb website, whereby learners can withdraw without penalties and a full refund will be actioned. If a learner wishes to withdraw from the course any time later than seven days following their enrolment, they should advise the Courses Coordinator in writing. An opportunity may exist to defer studies and continue later. 

REFUNDS

Payments for the course will be direct debited monthly. Once a withdrawal has been authorized, the student direct debit will be ceased from the following first of the month following the withdrawal.

 CREDIT TRANSFER 

Credit transfer is the process of granting participants credit for accredited study previously completed through another VET or Higher Education provider.

Having provided your Certificate or Statement of Attainment indicating a competent level of attainment in each of the units you apply for, the ACGB will verify these with the issuing RTO or through the Unique Student Identifier Number. The participant will be granted credit for the units of competency previously completed.

This must occur prior to commencement of the unit/s.

RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL)

Credit transfer is the process of granting participants credit for accredited study previously completed through another VET or Higher Education provider.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available where participants are able to demonstrate that they already have the competencies specified in the description of any of the units that are required for the Certificate IV in Bereavement Support qualification.
