Bereavement Practice in Palliative Care

The provision of bereavement care is now an established and integral part of modern palliative care, with Australian and State Government palliative care policies including bereavement care as key action areas. As such, this publication is a new initiative designed to deliver up-to-date grief and bereavement information, research and resources to professionals working in the palliative care sector.
